Ability Beyond Disability carries out its work through a successful marriage of paid and volunteer staff. Our highly trained staff members do "whatever it takes" to support each person individually. Their commitment is visable every day. While putting others' needs first is usually considered an act of self-sacrifice, every volunteer at Ability Beyond Disability knows differently.
