    At Ability Beyond Disability we discover, build and celebrate the ability in all people.

    Our Organization
    Ability Beyond Disability, formerly Datahr Rehabilitation Institute, a 501(c) (3), not for profit organization, was founded in 1953 by a group of parents who wanted a better life for their children with disabilities.  It currently employs over 1100 staff, engages over 500 volunteers and has an annual operating budget of more than $60 million. It is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors and Board of Trustees and receives community support in excess of $2 million annually.
