Through our School to Community Transitional Services we help young adults with disabilities acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to find a rewarding career, manage their lives and fully participate in society. Our trained staff work with students, families and educators early on to assist them in preparing for their future. We work together to develop a plan for postsecondary education or vocational training, employment, independent living and community participation. We are able to bring real-world experience and a range of viable, time-proven alternatives for the individual to consider when planning for life after graduation.
