    A job. A job can offer so many things, including financial independence, confidence, new friends...and so much more.  Ability Beyond Disability offers many tools to help you land the job you've always dreamed of.

    Individual Placement:
    One-to-one training results in finding each individual seeking employment a meaningful and enjoyable job. Our Career Development team carefully assess the skills and goals of each individual seeking employment and match individual preferences and abilities with appropriate job opportunities. Services range from discovering interests to job exploration, resume preparation and on-the-job training for as long as necessary. Follow-up support is provided on an ongoing basis, which includes communication with employers and additional supports to ensure continued success. 

    Group Supported Employment:
    Dedicated staff help individuals learn what it takes to enter and stay in the workforce through a hands-on training program. Short and long-term contracts enable work crews to perform a variety of tasks at local companies with an on-site supervisor to monitor overall performance, productivity and work quality. And each person earns a paycheck.
