    Ability Health Center

    Ability Beyond Disability operates the Ability Health Center, a centralized collaborative outpatient health center in Westchester County, New York. The Ability Health Center offers primary and specialty medical care, therapeutic, and psychology services by providers who are experienced and skilled in treating people with disabilities.

Meet Chris “As a young adult with special needs, Chris needed help transitioning into the adult world. He needed to learn the skills necessary for living and working in the community as independently as he possibly could and he learned these skills at one of our community living facilities, which provides behavioral and transitional supports for young adults.”
