    Family Giving Circle

    History
In 1953, a small group of families gathered to discuss ways they could help their disabled children have a brighter, more secure future.  The result was the founding of Ability Beyond Disability.

    Today
Ability Beyond Disability has grown into a leading provider of home, health, employment, transportation and rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities living in Connecticut and New York.

    The Challenge
What was true in the beginning is still true today: The future lies in the hands of our family members!  We are asking all of our family members to reach out to their family members and close friends for the purpose of forming a "Family Giving Circle".  The goal of each circle is to provide funding for the programs and services that leads to dignity, independence and hope for their loved one.

    How it Works
The primary family member contacts and recruits other family members and friends to form a "Family Giving Circle".  Each circle consists of a minimum of 5 members and each member agrees to a tax deductible donation of at least $10 per month for an initial period of 12 months.  That's a minimum of $600 per year per circle to be donated to Ability Beyond Disability.  You can set up your own circle or join an existing circle right now.  Click here to join today!!!
