    CT TBI Waiver

    Eligibility (must meet all of the following criteria): be between the ages of 18 and 64; have an Acquired Brain Injury; meet the level of care criteria; meet the eligibility requirements of the Connecticut Medicaid Home and Community Based Services waiver coverage group; and be able to participate in the development of a cost-effective plan that offers an alternative to institutionalization.
