    Tuition Reimbursement

    Employees who have worked as a regular full time employee for six (6) continuous months, may submit a Tuition Reimbursement request and receive fifty percent (50%) tuition reimbursement for successfully completed courses with a maximum of $1,500 per calendar year (courses and/or degree must be related to Ability Beyond Disability's overall mission and goals). Meet John When John was born in 1933, children with Down syndrome did not live at home, but his parents wouldn't have it any other way. As John grew up he required more support and eventually came to Ability Beyond Disability where he began to build a life for himself.
