Residential CoordinatorPosition Summary The Residential Coordinator is responsible forthe development and implementation of Individual Program Plans for all the residents such that each consumer is afforded every opportunity to enhance his or her quality of life. As such, the RC is the Service Coordinator. In addition, the Residential Coordinator is accountable for the day-to-day management of the staff and operations within a particular residence. The Residential Coordinator continuously listens to and communicates with the consumer to identify their needs and wants. Together, they creatively develop an on-going plan to identify and obtain quality services, resources, and desired outcomes. The qualifications required for the Residentail Coordinator poistion are to be a graduate of an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in the human services field and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in habilitative services with progressive levels of responsibility. Other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered with a minimum of at least eight (8) years of combined education and experience. Must have supervisory
