    Position Summary

    We are currently seeking an energetic and outgoing Employment Specialist. You will be responsible for placing individuals into integrated, competitive employment; training the individuals on the job and providing the support and supervision to maintain the individuals in employment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into human services, recent college grads or anyone looking for a career change. The ideal candidate will be patient, have the ability to motivate, and be familiar with the Danbury/Waterbury area.
     
     
    Bachelor’s degree required, bilingual a plus. Experience with people with disabilities and/or a background in sales preferred. Must show proof of a valid, current driver’s license, registration and auto insurance. Requires daily use of a registered insured vehicle to transport consumers.  Experience in the health services field is preferred.
